It is possible to produce prefabricated concrete elements such as locked or unlocked paving stones, grass stones, concrete curbs, rain gutter stones, briquettes and hollow blocks, which work on the basis of hydraulic pressure and mechanical vibration. The machine, which is controlled by manual and PLC automation system, is manufactured with two mortar hoppers and a stacking robot.

The stacking robot, which allows the pallets of the products coming out of the machine to be stacked on top of each other and taken to the forklift, works both manually and automatically. The concrete mixer and belt conveyor required for the concrete preparation unit can be optionally offered to the machine.

The belt conveyor, which transmits the mortar from the mixer to the machine bunkers, has the feature of transferring the mortar to both bunkers of the machine thanks to its rotating mechanism driven by a geared motor.
